All posters and framed posters are thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch. Upon receipt, the purchaser is required to examine the goods and notify the seller in writing of any damage or defect within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery. Failure to provide such notification within the specified timeframe shall constitute acceptance of the goods in their delivered condition, and no claims will thereafter be recognised. In the event that a return is authorised, all costs, liability, and arrangements associated with the return shipment shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Returned goods must be received in their original condition and packaging.

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for change-of-mind purchases. A change of mind includes, but is not limited to, situations where the customer decides they no longer want the item, or the item does not meet personal preferences. Once an order has been placed—whether for unframed or framed products—it is considered final. This policy applies to all retail and custom orders. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law; however, these rights do not apply to change-of-mind situations.
