
Terms & Conditions – Change of Mind Purchases
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for change-of-mind purchases. A change of mind includes, but is not limited to, situations where the customer decides they no longer want the item, or the item does not meet personal preferences. Once an order has been placed—whether for unframed or framed products—it is considered final. This policy applies to all retail and custom orders. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law; however, these rights do not apply to change-of-mind situations.
