Port-Salut cheese is the tastiest cheesy round you can find. And just in case you forget, c’est ecrit dessus – it’s written on top! A semi-soft cheese from the Loire Valley in France, the names comes from the abbey of Notre Dame du Port du Salut. This poster comes in two different sizes, a bus size and smaller landscape size.
