Giant Posters

The purpose of a billboard poster is to reach as many people as possible, in a densely populated urban environment, such as a city. It’s huge size can reach measurements of over three meters, and would have once been positioned on a buildings interface. These billboard posters are often printed in multiple sheets, which are then joined together to make an entire image.

These billboard posters were used primary to advertise commercial products and were produced by some of the most established poster artists of the period, including Raymond Savignac and Bernard Villemot, who designed imagery which would translate onto a large format.

Oversized posters are perfect for covering a large wall, the famous Orangina Dance by Vilemot or the Firebird by Boris Bucan are some of our most popular oversized posters in the galley.
